Integrations

Connect your AI front desk to the tools you already use.

Give your assistant real actions in your calendar, email, CRM, help desk, payments, and WhatsApp, and put the same assistant on your website, whichever builder you use.

InsertChat integrates with the tools small businesses already run on. Connect Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Stripe, Calendly, Cal.com, WhatsApp, Zoho, Zendesk, Square, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 so your AI front desk can act during a call or chat. Or install the AI chatbot on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, WooCommerce, Framer, BigCommerce, Ghost, and Duda.

Connect the apps your front desk uses

Authorize an account from the app catalog in InsertChat, then choose the actions your assistant may take. Each page lists exactly what those actions are.

Install the AI chatbot on your website

Add the chat with your assistant’s install code, the WordPress plugin, or your builder’s custom code settings. Each guide links the builder’s own instructions and plan requirements.

Website install or connected app?

Use both: the install puts the assistant where customers ask, and connections let it act on the answer.

Website installs

  • Add the chat to your site with one install code or the WordPress plugin
  • Answer from the pages, documents, and FAQs you add to the assistant’s knowledge
  • No access to your site builder or store account, orders, or customers
  • Every conversation lands in the shared inbox with the visitor’s contact

Connected apps

  • Authorize the account you use from the app catalog in InsertChat
  • Turn on specific actions, such as booking an event or creating a lead
  • Each action runs automatically or waits for your team’s approval
  • Actions run with the permissions of the account you connect

Connected apps require a provider account and the relevant permissions. Available actions depend on the connection, and connected services may have their own charges. Website installs follow each builder’s own help articles, linked on every guide.

Integrations: common questions

Installs, connections, and costs

Connected apps: Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Stripe, Calendly, Cal.com, WhatsApp, Zoho, Zendesk, Square, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Website installs: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, WooCommerce, Framer, BigCommerce, Ghost, and Duda, plus any site that accepts custom code. Each integration page lists its setup steps and what the assistant can do.

A website install adds the chat to your site with the install code, the WordPress plugin, or your builder’s custom code settings, without access to your site account. A connected app is authorized from the app catalog in InsertChat and gives your assistant specific actions, such as booking a calendar event or creating a CRM lead.

Yes. Turn on only the actions your assistant needs, and set each one to run automatically or wait for your team’s approval. Actions run with the permissions of the account you connect, so the assistant can’t do more than that account allows.

Yes, if it accepts custom code. Choose HTML or custom website in your assistant’s install settings, paste the code before the closing body tag in your page or shared layout, and publish. GoDaddy Websites + Marketing only runs custom code inside an iframe section, with no site-wide option, so the floating chat isn’t a fit there.

Provider subscriptions, SMS, WhatsApp, and other connected services may have their own charges. Review your channel configuration and checkout for the exact offer and taxes.

New customers can try Pro free for 7 days with 500 credits. A card is required at checkout, and the Pro plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
