WhatsApp

Keep WhatsApp conversations with the rest of your front desk

WhatsApp is one of your front desk channels, alongside website chat, phone, SMS, and email, and its conversations appear in your shared inbox. With the WhatsApp actions you enable, your assistant can send text, media, locations, contact cards, reply-button and list messages, and your message templates. It can also look up message history and media details. Replies are written in a short, messaging-friendly style.

Accounts, permissions, and setup

It can send text messages, media, locations, contact cards, and interactive messages with reply buttons or lists. It can also list your message templates and send a template message. WhatsApp’s own messaging rules, including when a template is required, still apply.

It can. WhatsApp may charge for business messages under its own pricing, separately from your InsertChat plan. Review the pricing for your WhatsApp account and region before you rely on template messages.
