Which channels are included?
Every paid plan includes the AI website assistant and AI receptionist. Plans scale by usage, assistants, locations, seats, controls, API access, analytics, and white-label capabilities.
What does one included phone number mean?
Each paid plan includes one active InsertChat phone number. Additional active numbers cost $10 per month each, plus voice usage.
How do credits map to calls?
Receptionist calls use 12 credits per billable minute. If every included credit were used for calls, Pro covers about 416 minutes, Growth about 833 minutes, and Scale about 2,083 minutes. Website messages, ingestion, models, and enabled tools share the same credit balance.
What happens above the included voice usage?
Voice usage is $0.12 per billable minute, deducted as 12 credits. Upgrade or arrange additional capacity before the shared credit balance is exhausted.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Monthly pricing is shown by default. Annual billing charges ten months for a full year, equivalent to two months free.
Can I try both channels first?
Yes. Start a seven-day trial, test website conversations and receptionist calls, then choose the capacity that fits your traffic.
