Partners

Deliver an AI front desk under your client’s brand.

Set up assistants and receptionists for your clients, keep every workspace separate, and put your brand on all of it. You own the client relationship and the pricing; we power the product.

Reusable client delivery

Standardize the work that repeats while keeping each client’s data and configuration separate.

  • Reuse an approved implementation checklist
  • Create separate assistants for client locations or brands
  • Keep client-specific sources and tool permissions scoped
  • Export reporting and review conversation outcomes

Partner economics

InsertChat charges for plan capacity; the partner owns its service packaging and client relationship.

  • Growth: $198/month
  • Scale: $498/month
  • Additional active phone numbers: $10/month each plus usage
  • No separate product pricing for partners

Worked capacity example

Model margin from the client price you choose, not from an implied InsertChat revenue share.

  • Example platform cost: Growth at $198/month
  • Example two additional active numbers: $20/month plus voice usage
  • Example subtotal before usage: $218/month
  • Partner margin equals client revenue minus platform, usage, delivery, support, tax, and other costs

Onboarding and support model

Define who owns setup and what reaches InsertChat before taking a client live.

  • Partner qualifies the client and gathers approved sources
  • Partner configures brand, workflows, integrations, and acceptance tests
  • Partner owns the client relationship and first-line support
  • InsertChat supports the partner through the selected plan and agreed escalation path

Application requirements

Use the routed application to confirm operational fit before making partner promises.

  • Describe target clients, channels, expected volume, and delivery model
  • Confirm how customer consent, privacy, and security review will be handled
  • Identify required white-label, number, integration, and support scope
  • Do not promise negotiated economics or eligibility before written approval

Page-specific FAQ

Operational questions, answered.

Is Partners a separate product?

No. Partners use the same Front Desk and Platform with Growth, Scale, or Enterprise capacity.

Can every client use a different brand?

Yes, within the assistant, domain, email, seat, and capacity limits of the selected plan.

Can partners manage both website and phone?

Yes. Both channels are included; phone numbers and voice usage follow the same published line and credit rules.

Does InsertChat take a share of partner revenue?

The public plan is capacity-based rather than revenue-share pricing. Confirm any negotiated partner agreement before promising terms to a client.

What does the worked example prove?

It shows the visible InsertChat platform subtotal only. It is not a margin promise; the partner must include usage, delivery, support, tax, and its own pricing assumptions.

How do I apply?

Use the partnership contact form with your target clients, channels, expected volume, delivery model, white-label requirements, and support scope. The request routes to the partnership owner.
