When I started InsertChat in 2023, I was focused on a problem I kept seeing on real websites: visitors had specific questions, and the answers were often already buried in approved pages, documents, videos, policies, FAQs, or product information.
Search and navigation ask visitors to do too much work. Generic chat tools often answer without enough context. Custom AI projects take time, budget, and engineering focus that many marketing, digital, content, ecommerce, and support teams cannot spare.
