Its WordPress.org listing requires WordPress 4.7 or later and PHP 7.0 or later. You also need an InsertChat assistant: enter its ID, the ICG_BOT_ID value in its install code, in the plugin settings.

## Can I add the chatbot without a plugin?

Yes. Paste your assistant’s install code into your site’s header and footer code tool, in the footer, then publish. WordPress.com sites need a plan that supports custom JavaScript.

## Does it work on WooCommerce stores?

Yes. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, so the plugin or install code adds the chat to your store pages. The assistant answers from the product information you add; it does not connect to WooCommerce orders.
